Resolution:-

Now navigate to this key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\SafeMode\Components

Change the value of DeskHtmlVersion to zero.

and now click on "Restore my Active Desktop" and do a refresh on your desktop by right clicking and selecting Refresh.
